Starbucks needed a digital identity that felt as intentional as its in-store experience. We audited every customer-facing touchpoint and identified gaps between the physical brand and its mobile and web presence.
Our team rebuilt the visual language around clarity, accessibility, and consistency. Updated typography, color usage, and component patterns gave product teams a shared system they could ship with confidence.
The rollout spanned marketing pages, the loyalty app, and partner portals. Each surface was tested with real users before launch, ensuring the refresh felt familiar to loyal customers while attracting new ones.
