Build Your Career Where DesignMeets Strategic Impact.

At Artrivedi Design and Innovation, we do not offer ordinary design jobs. We offer the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic intelligence and creative excellence — on engagements that genuinely shape how enterprises present themselves to the world and serve their users.

We are a globally oriented studio founded and led by Ashish Trivedi — a practitioner with 15+ years of international industry experience. Everyone who works with us is expected to bring intellectual rigour, creative ambition, and a genuine passion for design that goes far beyond aesthetics.

If that sounds like the standard you hold yourself to, we would like to meet you.

We are currently accepting applications for the positions listed below, as well as open expressions of interest from exceptional candidates across all design disciplines.

UI/UX Design

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with proven enterprise product design experience to join our studio. You will take ownership of complex design challenges for clients across industries — leading research, interaction design, and UI delivery with minimal supervision and maximum creative initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise digital product engagements — from user research and journey mapping through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI delivery
  • Conduct user research activities including stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and synthesis of findings into actionable design direction
  • Design and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma for enterprise-scale product teams
  • Present design decisions to senior client stakeholders with clarity and strategic confidence
  • Collaborate with visual design and brand consultancy workstreams to ensure cross-disciplinary coherence
  • Contribute to UX audit engagements — evaluating existing products against heuristic and accessibility standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade digital product work
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma — design systems, auto layout, component architecture, and developer handoff
  • Strong UX research capability — ability to plan, conduct, and synthesise user research independently
  • Demonstrable experience designing for complex, data-rich enterprise interfaces (SaaS, B2B, internal tools)
  • Clear, confident communication style — ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and their practical application in UI design
  • Experience in cross-cultural or international product design contexts is a strong advantage

Branding & Visual Design

Role Summary

We are looking for a Brand and Visual Identity Designer of exceptional calibre — someone with a deep understanding of brand strategy alongside a mastery of visual craft. You will work across branding consultancy and visual design engagements, creating identity systems and brand assets for enterprise clients that operate in competitive global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive visual identity systems — logotype, colour architecture, typography, imagery direction, and brand expression guidelines
  • Translate brand strategy and positioning frameworks into distinctive, commercially grounded visual identities
  • Develop brand guidelines documentation that is clear, comprehensive, and genuinely usable by client teams
  • Create marketing and campaign design assets — digital, print, and out-of-home — across multiple formats
  • Design presentation decks, pitch documents, and executive communication materials at the highest level
  • Contribute to design system development in collaboration with UI/UX designers on digital product engagements
  • Maintain meticulous brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional brand and visual identity design experience — agency, studio, or in-house enterprise
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft alongside strategic brand thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
  • Strong typographic sensibility and demonstrated mastery of type as a design element
  • Understanding of print production specifications — CMYK, bleed, overprint, and print-ready file preparation
  • Ability to articulate design decisions in strategic and commercial terms — not just aesthetic ones
  • Experience with brand architecture and complex multi-brand identity systems is highly desirable

Role Summary

Our video production practice is growing and we are looking for a skilled Motion Designer and Video Editor who can produce cinematic-quality content that serves enterprise brand objectives. You will work on corporate brand films, animated explainers, motion graphics, and social-first video content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and brand opener sequences aligned with client visual identities
  • Edit corporate brand films and executive communication videos to broadcast-quality standards
  • Develop social-first video content optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Create kinetic typography, data visualisation animations, and UI animation sequences
  • Collaborate with creative directors on concept development, storyboarding, and visual direction
  • Manage post-production workflows including colour grading, sound design integration, and multi-format export

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional motion design and video editing experience with a showreel demonstrating range and quality

  • Strong understanding of motion design principles — timing, easing, composition, and visual hierarchy in motion
  • Experience producing corporate and brand video content for enterprise clients
