Native's product surface area was expanding quickly, but without a centralized design system, every squad was reinventing buttons, forms, and layouts from scratch.
We built a token-driven system with accessible defaults, clear documentation, and Figma-to-code parity. Designers and engineers could collaborate on the same source of truth from day one.
Adoption grew squad by squad as teams saw how much time they saved. The system now powers Native's core product experiences and continues to evolve with each release cycle.
